As a contemporary storyteller, his exploration of the Indigenous storytelling tradition has expanded many boundaries across media and genres, including graphic and science fiction. His humorous t ake on the absurdities of life from his Indigenous perspective draws on his traveling the world for the past two decades and has won him numerous awards. This evening, he will talk about the power of humor in Indigenous storytelling and the challenges contemporary Indigenous writers face.
