Cajun Cuisine Workshop ***MUSS LEIDER ENTFALLEN***
Hands-on workshop with Jessica Lang, Alabama. Join us for authentic Cajun Southern food! Together we will learn how to make real Southern food, using tried and true methods passed down for generations in Southern kitchens. The menu will focus on New Orleans classic favorites, such as gumbo, jambalaya, cornbread, as well as a few surprises! All levels of English are welcome as we create dishes that any Southern grandmother would be proud of. Jessica is an Alabama native and an English trainer at the d.a.i. – with a passion for soul food and sunshine.
