Good Books! Good Conversation!
Fun evenings hosted by Jessica Strain, d.a.i. teacher
Come join New York native Jessica Strain, teacher and book lover, in an evening filled with discussion, inspiration and the printed word. Once a month, the d.a.i. will host a literature evening centered on a novel, a piece of non-fiction, or a magazine.
Jessica will present important aspects of the piece to the group by reading passages, showing video clips, playing music etc. The idea of the evening is to spark conversation.
How does the book relate to current real world events? What inspires us about it? All are welcome to attend, if you have read the book, or are simply interested in it!
Refreshments are available as is lively conversation.
