Monthly Book Discussion with Sara Azarmi.
Our BookTok Book Club, led by U.S. native speaker Sara Azarmi, picks the currently popular TikTok book trends at its monthly meetings and discusses them in the group. Afterwards, a funny video is created about the books discussed and shared with the book community on TikTok. In June, the online book club will meet at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, June 29. Which novel the participants will read in June will be announced on our website after mutual agreement. All selected books will be available in the d.a.i. (online) library in a timely manner. Interested parties can find the d.a.i. TikTok channel at www.dai-tuebingen.de/tiktok. BookTok, a subgroup on the social media platform TikTok, focuses on analyzing and discussing currently popular literature. The focus is particularly on young adult novels, fantasy, and romances.
