Die Bibliothek stellt Bücher und Filme aus einem Bundesstaat der USA vor – die Gelegenheit bekannte und völlig unbekannte Staaten durch altbekannte Klassiker und Neuerscheinungen auf neue Weise kennen zu lernen!

Inspiriert wurde das Projekt von einem Artikel des Business Insider vom April 2016: The Most Famous Book That Takes Place in Every State.

Wir vom Deutsch-Amerikanischen Institut Tübingen haben dieses Projekt noch erweitert, indem wir nicht nur ein Medium, sondern gleich eine Auswahl von Büchern, Filmen, TV-Serien und Musik pro Staat vorstellen.
